This e-commerce store is owned and managed by 21AURORA COUTURE. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use.  By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:

  • You must choose perfect fit measurement sizes for your body (responsible for any mistakes in the measurement)
  • Full information (personal and contact details + accurate and correct full address details)
  • Full payment
  • Note order track
  • Process days for order (if available in stock 2-3 days – if by order it depends on orders queue within 2-3 weeks)
  • You can add your notes for additional details (what’s applicable will be taken into consideration for each piece)

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Kuwait local orders (2-3 KD based on the area, to be paid in cash on the delivery day)

GCC orders (3-5 business days for shipping after finishing the order – 13 KD per piece via DHL speedy delivery – to be paid online with the order value – no extra charge on the delivery day) - If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at www.dhl.com.

 

TERMS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS: 

  • We do not accept return/refund requests except there is a mistake from our side.
  • We only accept exchange requests if there is a mistake from our side in the measurements. 24-hours only to exchange your ordered piece received.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Quality management team will double-check on each piece (including the sizes, cleanliness, damages) before shipping into to the customer. We guarantee that you will never get a damaged piece.

If you wear it out, we can fix it for a specific amount based on the damage scale. Please contact us to get an evaluation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.

 

PAYMENT:

 We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the KWD (Kuwait Dinars). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, check at this stage.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

 

NOTICES:

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. 
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and http://www.21aurora.com  policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
